(When you are busy, have no time, and lack experience in construction, forget the hassle of workers and their follow-up; we treat the building as if it were ours, not the client's) This includes: Supervision of construction from beginning until completion of structural work as agreed. Daily on-site monitoring of the construction site, recording observations, and discussing them with the client and contractor. Photographing all construction stages and submitting a weekly report to the client. Reviewing plans with the client, and coordinating with the engineering office for any required modifications. Ability to provide qualified contractors for electrical, plumbing, finishing works, and decoration services with high quality and reasonable prices (according to client preference). Supplying materials from the start of construction until completion with high quality and reasonable prices (according to client preference). Following up with the engineering office and engineer during site visits, addressing any observations with the contractor and client.
