Roles & Responsibilities Stores / Warehouse Management Receive, inspect, and record deliveries of spare parts, consumables, tools, and chemicals. Ensure proper storage, labeling, and safe handling of materials, particularly chemicals and hazardous goods. Maintain accurate stock records in the inventory management system (manual or ERP). Monitor stock levels and prepare requisitions for replenishment in coordination with procurement. Conduct periodic stock audits and cycle counts to verify accuracy. Ensure safe housekeeping and compliance with safety standards in the warehouse. Administration Support Maintain employee records, attendance, leave management, and related HR documentation. Support onboarding and induction of new staff and contractors. Assist with travel bookings, staff accommodations, and logistics arrangements. Manage office supplies, utilities, and administrative services for the plant. Handle documentation, filing, correspondence, and internal communications. Compliance & Coordination Ensure proper documentation of material movements (issue, return, and disposal). Support compliance with ISO and QHSE management system requirements for stores and administration. Coordinate with O&M, procurement, and finance teams for timely reporting and approvals. Support emergency preparedness with adequate stock of critical spares, PPE, and consumables. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field. 3–5 years of experience in stores/warehouse management and administrative functions, preferably in utilities, desalination, water treatment, or industrial O&M. Knowledge of inventory management practices, ERP systems, and stock control. Familiarity with safe handling and storage of chemicals and hazardous materials. Strong administrative background with experience in HR and office support.

We have plenty of interesting and fundamental challenges to solve to achieve our ambitious What you'll do Lead day-to-day inventory management activities including but not limited to Stock count, inventory adjustments, checks and investigations. Ensure seamless coordination across workstations to maintain flow and meet transfer order SLAs. Improve operational throughput by identifying bottlenecks and optimizing workflows. Maintain inventory accuracy through proper stock count check routines and plans. Investigate stock discrepancies, minimize shrinkage, and manage expired/damaged goods processes. What you'll need 4+ years of experience in Inventory management Familiarity with ERP, WMS systems and digital tools used in day-to-day operations. Experience with dashboarding tools, spreadsheets, and performance analysis. SQL proficiency is a strong plus for extracting and working with operational data. Solid understanding of warehouse best practices, including inventory control, slotting, and space optimization. Hands-on, proactive, and solution-oriented — you’re comfortable on the warehouse floor, store environment and thrive under pressure. Strong communication skills, with the ability to train, motivate, and drive accountability within your team.
