Need any car on installments

Looking for any car on installments. I went to dealerships, but their requirements are strict: salary must be 3500, guarantee, and many other conditions. I'm looking for an old car, preferably from 1999. The most important thing is that it gets me there and brings me back; luxury, appearance, or color don't matter at all. I'm searching for any car available on installments.
