Refrigerator and washing machine for sale

I am offering a refrigerator and washing machine for sale; the reason for selling is purchasing larger ones. The refrigerator had a thermostat issue, which I replaced, and it now works very well. The washing machine has no issues, only needs cleaning of water hoses for maintenance. Price is negotiable, sold to the highest bidder; last offered price was 400 from furniture stores, but I refused.
