Install cement board wall partitions according to the client’s specifications, using a professional and orderly installation method. The cement board is raised 10 cm above the sandwich panel to conceal the sandwich panel’s corrugation, making the appearance resemble a concrete slab and standard wall. 5. Apply wall insulation between internal and external cement boards, with a 4 cm thickness using insulation materials specified by the client—either rock wool or gypsum board insulation. 6. Install electrical wiring as required. 8. Install gypsum board decorative elements per the client’s design preferences; the client selects the board type: fire-resistant red, standard white, or moisture-resistant green. 8. Raise the floor level with a concrete slab no less than 10 cm thick, reinforced with welded wire mesh. 9. Paint walls after proper surface preparation—e.g., smoothing profiles—to allow subsequent application of filler compound. 10. Apply wall filler compound in no fewer than three layers, and install mesh tape at joints between cement and gypsum boards. 11.
