Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or equivalent. Strong knowledge of mechanical design principles, including HVAC, piping, and machinery. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective communication and teamwork abilities. Experience with project management principles is a plus.
