Drilling Foreman (Saudi Arabia)

Responsibilities Lead and supervise the drilling crew, ensuring adherence to safety regulations and protocols; Manage all aspects of drilling operations, working closely with the drilling engineer and project management; Ensure effective communication and coordination between various teams and stakeholders; Maintain accurate drilling records and documentation; Resolve operational challenges and implement solutions for continuous improvement; Conduct performance evaluations and provide training to crew members; Monitor and enforce compliance with environmental and safety standards. Requirements Thirteen (13) years relevant experience in drilling and workover operations including supervisory experience generally acquired by progression on a drilling or workover rig. -OR- B.S. degree in Engineering with Seven (7) years of experience working in drilling and workover operations including adequate supervisory experience on a drilling or workover rig. Willing to live in remote areas in mobile camps.

Key Roles & Responsibilities Material Receipt & Verification Receive all incoming MEP and Civil materials, equipment, and consumables at site stores. Verify quantity, quality, and specifications against delivery notes, purchase orders, and approved material submittals. Check for damages, discrepancies, and expiry; raise inspection requests with QA/QC for approvals. Storage & Preservation Organize proper storage of materials with tagging, segregation, and protection as per manufacturer guidelines. Maintain safe storage conditions for sensitive MEP equipment (e.g., electrical panels, pumps, fire fighting equipment) and Civil materials (cement, steel, tiles, etc.). Ensure materials are preserved to avoid deterioration, moisture, or handling damage. Issuance & Inventory Control Issue materials to site teams only against approved requisitions and maintain proper records. Monitor consumption and maintain minimum stock levels to avoid shortages. Track tools, equipment, and consumables; maintain issue/return registers. Prevent misuse, pilferage, or wastage of materials. Documentation & ERP System Maintain GRN (Goods Receipt Note), MIR (Material Inspection Report), and issuance records in line with company procedures. Update stock registers and ERP system (if applicable) on real-time base. Support project accounts in reconciliation of material consumption vs. budget. Coordination & Compliance Coordinate with Procurement, QA/QC, and Execution teams for timely material availability Comply with KSA customs, logistics, and site-specific regulations for material handling Support periodic stock audits and reconciliation with finance/commercial teams. Provide material status reports to Project Manager and Planning Engineer Safety & Housekeeping Ensure safe handling, lifting, and storage practices for heavy/fragile materials. Keep stores area clean, organized, and compliant with HSE regulations. Conduct toolbox talks for helpers/workers on safe material handling.

JOB DESCRIPTION An IT Supervisor will be responsible for the day-to-day support of IT systems for business systems, office systems, computer networks, and telephony systems throughout the hotel. What will I be doing? As the IT Supervisor, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards: • Assist superior to maintain hotel software and hardware. • Solve technical and operational problems according to user reports. • Follow the instructions of the Information Systems Manager for computer technical hardware and software operations. • Perform any other reasonable duties and duties as assigned. • Ensure that any system user permission has been authorized before opening, monthly audit user use report, ensure that it has been used correctly. • Solve guest IT questions with minimum risk and improve guest satisfaction according to defined criteria. • Ensure ownership of all hotel data and ensure that data is backed up in a timely manner. • Provide IT support to other Hilton hotels as required and conduct IT cross-training with other hotels. • Ensure that the security of hotel data is consistent with stated standards and best practices. • Access controls are consistent with stated standards and best practices to ensure room access registration and safety. • Complete disaster recovery drills regularly to familiarize operational departments with manual bookkeeping procedures. • Identify, evaluate and implement local solutions to the extent agreed by the Regional Deputy General Manager of Information Technology. • Adhere to hotel safety policies, emergency rules and procedures.
