Used U-shaped sofa for sale with its tables and carpet

Very clean U-shaped sofa, other pieces are in the warehouse, one of which has never been used. There are some minor notes for liability purposes 1. There is sagging in two places on the sofa. 2. Only one leg of the sofa legs is broken. 3. There is a tear at the edge of the sofa as shown in the picture. (The sofa is 1 year and 3 months old) The tables are almost new, only 8 months old.
