It's been like this since I bought the car and doesn't affect performance. - There's a slight grinding in third gear that has existed for years. It doesn't cause harm, and you can shift smoothly without grinding if you know how. Note: The car was involved in a minor accident approximately 8 years ago. This was the only accident, and it didn't reach the radiator. It was fully repaired. There was a previous engine replacement issue (engine tampering) which has since been resolved.
