In this meeting, we will discuss what it means for mockery to slip between the pages of a book, behind a philosopher's glasses, and even in our casual words and everyday situations. We will bring together Al-Jahiz mocking the misers and Nietzsche mocking existence, all the way to neighborhood jokes and social media memes.
