Join Qiddiya Investment Company as a Manager - Branding, where you will be at the forefront of creating a dynamic and compelling brand identity for one of the most exciting entertainment destinations in Saudi Arabia. You will play a critical role in guiding our branding efforts to ensure we resonate with our diverse audience while aligning with our vision. Responsibilities Ensure consistent application of the brand across all touchpoints, visual, physical, sonic, and sensory—to reflect the core brand philosophy Manage a wide range of brand collaterals for internal stakeholders, including introduction decks, welcome kits, merchandise, presentation materials, and event branding Oversee and develop content aligned with the master brand narrative through initiatives like research papers, documentary series, interviews, and newsletters to establish global thought leadership in the space of PLAY Coordinate closely with the DMMO marketing strategy team to ensure strategic alignment for major brand and asset announcements Lead briefing sessions with creative agencies and partners to develop impactful campaigns for core brand assets Approve the overall look and feel, messaging, content, and visual assets used across activations, including final selection of branded merchandise Manage brand engagement across ESG initiatives, investment communications, strategy narratives, VIP experiences, guest journey, and other high-impact touchpoints Work in alignment with design, production, and filming teams to ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and core philosophy Oversee messaging frameworks and brand proof points to reinforce the master brand and support the development of the Play Index Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related discipline (Master's degree is a plus). Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience in branding or marketing management roles. Proven experience in marketing or a related field, with a solid understanding of branding, audience engagement, and campaign execution Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey clear and compelling messages across channels Strong capabilities in developing and implementing integrated marketing communication strategies that drive results Demonstrated leadership with a successful track record of guiding teams, managing stakeholders, and delivering impactful outcomes Excellent time and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in dynamic environments Benefits Offering a comprehensive compensation and benefits package.
