In our societies, reputation and what others say are among the most important drivers of behavior for the majority of individuals, and among the primary deterrents preventing them from engaging in many actions—even if they are personally convinced of them. Individuals among us consider "what people think" to such an extent that it may surpass how much they consider themselves, from their daily actions to their most critical life decisions. Many of us do not necessarily view this as negative, given that humans are inherently "social beings," and therefore have little control over not caring about others' opinions of them. We will discuss this matter from entirely different perspectives, attempting to dive deep into the idea to broaden our understanding and express our thoughts in a space free from judgment and labeling.
