JASARA PMC is inviting expressions of interest for the position of Senior Contracts Manager. As a prominent joint venture between Public Investment Fund (PIF), Jacobs, and Saudi Aramco, we are dedicated to advancing social infrastructure projects that align with Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030. The Senior Contracts Manager will take on a key leadership role, overseeing the planning, creation, and management of contracts for our multifaceted projects. This position demands a strategic thinker with a comprehensive understanding of contractual frameworks in the construction sector. You will ensure all contractual terms are adhered to, managing risks while fostering strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams. Your responsibilities will also include facilitating negotiations and providing guidance on contract amendments and compliance issues. You will utilize your expertise to review complex agreements and warranties, ensuring all contracts serve the best interest of JASARA while contributing to project success. Responsibilities Lead the drafting, negotiation, and management of contracts for assigned projects. Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, managing risks effectively. Collaborate with project teams and legal advisors to resolve disputes and issues. Establish and maintain effective communication with clients and stakeholders. Review and analyze contracts to identify potential risks and opportunities. Monitor contract performance and implement necessary processes for compliance. Develop strategies for continuous improvement in contract management practices. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Law, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 20 years of experience in contracts management, preferably within the construction or civil engineering sectors. Strong understanding of contract law and the ability to navigate complex contracts. Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficient analytical skills with a focus on detail and accuracy. Familiarity with contract management software and tools. Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments. Professional certification in contracts management (e.g., CCM, CPCM) is an advantage. Experience in Middle East construction landscape is highly desirable. Awareness of Vision 2030 implications in the infrastructure sector will be beneficial.
