Hyundai Creta

Hello, I have a Hyundai Creta 2020 model. The car is very clean and well-maintained, local body, there is a minor dent in the door and fender that needs pulling, but the engine and transmission are in perfect condition. The car has never been to a repair shop due to damage, only regular maintenance, God is my witness to what I say. (Note) The car has an issue: it's registered under my brother's name, and it has accumulated high traffic fines. The registration has expired, and the periodic inspection expires in one month.
