Responsibilities: Review, analyze, and interpret regulatory instruments to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Provide legal advice and guidance to internal teams regarding regulatory matters. Conduct legal research and stay updated on changes in laws and regulations that may impact the organization. Assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents, contracts, and agreements related to regulatory compliance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement compliance programs and ensure adherence to legal standards. Train and educate staff on regulatory requirements and best practices. Engage with regulatory bodies and represent the organization in legal matters as needed. Prepare reports and documentation related to compliance and regulatory activities. Requirements Requirements: Law degree (JD or equivalent) with a specialization in regulatory law or compliance. Proven experience as a legal expert or regulatory compliance officer, preferably in a corporate environment. Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks and legal standards relevant to the industry. Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to communicate complex legal concepts clearly and concisely to non-legal stakeholders. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities. Experience in drafting and reviewing legal documents and contracts. Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
