Xbox 1 with two original controllers and two games, one game from outside the region

I've had this Xbox for three and a half years. I used it for about a year and a bit, then I bought a PlayStation, so I rarely use it now. There's only one issue: when inserting a game disc, it takes about five minutes before it starts reading. One disc is for 'Killzone 2', a game that's partially played—I've completed the horror, story, and multiplayer modes. And another rare, well-known game that's hard to find. Price is 500, negotiable for a reasonable offer.
