As a Telesales Agent, you will have to do inbound and outbound telephone calls to achieve sales targets. You will be  responsible for cross-selling or up-selling our products where possible, receiving incoming telephone calls, and assisting with customer inquiries, as well as maintaining an accurate record of all calls made and received. You will liaise with the appropriate departments to resolve customer complaints. In this role, you will: Drive sales by calling existing and potential customers to pitch Bayut packages and services; Foster and sustain relationships with customers to encourage repeat business; Understand customers' needs and identify upsell opportunities; Accurately record and process details of customers’ sales , calls , meetings and notes  in the CRM; Identify and classify buyer profiles, i.e., B2B, B2C, C2C; Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed; Meet monthly KPIs & revenue targets; Ensure timely payment collection from customers Proficiency of Tools & Systems. Requirements Qualifications  Bachelor’s degrees in marketing, communications, business administration, or related fields are preferred. Experience (1-2) years of Telesales experience; Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone. Knowledge Excellent command of English & Arabic (verbal & written); Good knowledge of the Real Estate industry; Basic knowledge and working experience of call centre systems & solutions; Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications. Skills Ability to follow scripts; Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills; Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills; Exceptional customer service, communication and negotiation skills; Cool-tempered and able to successfully counter rebuttals in order to close sales. Key Responsibilities Inventory Management: Monitor and control stock levels to ensure accurate inventory records and timely replenishment. Key Responsibilities -Equipment Installation and Commissioning Responsible for the installation, commissioning, and configuration of electrical and instrumentation systems for new equipment, ensuring they meet production requirements. -Routine Maintenance and Troubleshooting Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical and instrumentation equipment, promptly identify and resolve system issues to ensure continuous and safe production. -System Calibration and Testing Use standard testing instruments to calibrate equipment, ensuring accuracy and reliability. -Documentation and Reporting Maintain maintenance records and prepare fault analysis reports to support equipment management and improvement. -Safety and Compliance Follow all relevant safety regulations and operating procedures to ensure a safe working environment. Qualifications / Requirements Education: Technical diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Instrumentation, or a related field. Experience: At least 2 years of experience maintaining electrical and instrumentation equipment in an industrial environment. Technical Skills: Familiar with electrical control systems, PLCs, DCS, VFDs, and other instrumentation equipment operation and maintenance. Certifications: Relevant electrical or instrumentation certifications are preferred. Language and Communication: Good communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members and other departments.

Key Responsibilities -Equipment Preparation and Setup Prepare and set up machines according to production requirements, ensuring proper operation. -Operation and Monitoring Operate machinery during production and continuously monitor performance to ensure efficiency and product quality. -Quality Inspection Regularly inspect produced products to ensure they meet quality standards and promptly address any defects. -Maintenance and Cleaning Perform daily equipment maintenance and cleaning to keep machines in good condition and reduce downtime. -Troubleshooting and Repairs Conduct basic troubleshooting and repair of equipment when issues arise, and coordinate with technicians if needed. -Record Keeping and Reporting Accurately record production data and machine performance, and report any abnormalities to supervisors. -Compliance with Safety Regulations Strictly follow operational procedures and safety standards to ensure personal and team safety. Qualifications / Requirements Education: Typically requires a high school diploma or vocational training; relevant technical certificates are a plus. Experience: At least 2 years of experience in machine operation or a related field. Skills: Familiarity with production processes and machinery; ability to use measuring tools (e.g., calipers, scales); good analytical and numerical skills.
