For sale: used Bissell upright vacuum cleaner (Model 9400-E, 14358C), for spare parts only. The vacuum cleaner does not work properly due to a broken floor brush base, and replacement parts are unavailable from the manufacturer and authorized dealer. Additionally, the water or soap sprayer pump works erratically and intermittently.
