Size M, elastic waist, fits long or short depending on your height—above the knee for taller, at or below the knee for shorter. The dress is new and clean, girls. I bought it from Abha Plaza for 280, but I don't remember the store name because I've had it for a year and only used it once. It's washed and very clean.
