New cam for cartoons

I have a new box of cartoons, only one in front of me available for sale or exchange. I bought it but didn't like it. I don't know if it works on mobile or not, and I couldn't find a barcode for it. Also, I don't know if it supports Arabic or not. The customer can come and test it by themselves.
