In this dual role, you will be responsible for managing both internal and external communications while also cultivating strong relationships with various stakeholders. Your expertise will be essential in developing effective communication strategies that promote JASARA PMC's mission and enhance stakeholder engagement, ensuring that all parties are informed and aligned with our project objectives. Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies that align with organizational goals and stakeholder needs. Create and manage communication materials including press releases, reports, presentations, and social media content. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, government officials, and community organizations. Organize and facilitate meetings, workshops, and events to ensure effective stakeholder engagement. Monitor stakeholder feedback and address concerns in a timely and professional manner. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and effective communication across the organization. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in communication and stakeholder management. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field. 15-20 years of experience in communications and stakeholder management, preferably in the infrastructure, construction or engineering sector. Strong understanding of communication strategies, media relations, and stakeholder engagement practices. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders. Strong organizational and project management abilities. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and communication software. Fluency in both English and Arabic is highly desirable.

Job Purpose Jobs at this level are responsible for conducting internal and regulatory audit tasks, analysing and developing reports with an aim of identifying the area of concerns.
