At Müller's Solutions, we are seeking a talented and experienced Product Manager (Enterprise Architect) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the strategic development and implementation of our enterprise architecture solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders, including senior management and technology teams, to define and execute the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with our business goals and objectives.   Responsibilities: • The SAP Product Manager (Enterprise Architect) is a strategic role that combines product management and enterprise architecture to oversee the design, development, and implementation of SAP solutions across different platforms. This individual ensures that SAP products are aligned with business objectives, technologically sound, and integrated seamlessly into the enterprise architecture. The role involves providing strategic direction, technical leadership, and driving innovation within the SAP ecosystem. • Min 10 years of hands-on experience in SAP architecture, product management, or related areas and a deep understanding of SAP systems and processes • Comprehensive knowledge of SAP architecture frameworks and demand management practices, including proficiency in designing, implementing, and optimizing SAP solutions to meet organizational requirements effectively. • Well-versed in agile program methodology, particularly in the context of SAP project delivery. • Experience in managing backlogs for SAP projects, including prioritizing user stories, defining acceptance criteria, and ensuring alignment with project objectives, effectively managing backlog items throughout the project lifecycle to optimize delivery outcomes. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively interact with project teams, business stakeholders, and senior management. • Strategic role focused on aligning SAP solutions with business strategy, ensuring effective integration and leverage of SAP technologies to meet business objectives. • Define strategic direction for SAP, align business goals with SAP architecture, develop supporting roadmap. • Define/enforce SAP architectural standards, lead solution design, select appropriate SAP modules and technologies. • Communicate SAP technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, facilitate collaboration, ensure mutual understanding. • Ensure compliance with standards and regulations, maintain SAP architectural documentation, conduct reviews and audits. • Relevant certifications in enterprise architecture (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman) and project management (e.g., PMP) are preferred.   Preferred qualifications:   • Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field. • Certification in Product Management, such as Certified Product Manager (CPM). • Experience with enterprise architecture tools and technologies, such as Enterprise Architecture modeling tools. • Familiarity with cloud computing platforms and technologies, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. • Proven experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role, preferably in the enterprise architecture or software development domain. • Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles and frameworks, such as TOGAF or Zachman. • Experience working in an agile development environment and utilizing agile methodologies. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making. Role Purpose Enable strategy execution by planning and managing the division projects throughout its lifecycle underpinned by fit to purpose methodology. Job Accountabilities & Activities Project Management: Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to gain community support for the Project and to solicit input to improve the Project delivery. Periodic reviews on Product performance and suggest improvements to scale up opportunities and growth. Accomplish product evaluation and the actively involve in the action plans for all the products divisions’ activities. Use data to understand business patterns and trends. Analyze internal and external data through quantitative research. Promote best practices in data analysis and reporting. Education & Certifications Must be a bachelor’s degree in (engineering /IT/Computer Science/Electronics & Communications). Certification in either PRINCE2, Scrum and PMP will be preferred.
