The Construction Project Manager will serve as the primary liaison between Al Ula SC and all stakeholders involved in construction initiatives. The role focuses on ensuring projects are executed efficiently, within budget, and in alignment with the club’s values of quality, safety, and sustainability. This position requires both strategic oversight and hands-on management to drive construction projects from inception to completion. Key Responsibilities: Represent Al Ula SC in all construction projects and coordinate closely with the Facility Management team. Develop and implement detailed project management plans tailored to each construction project’s specific needs. Conduct regular field inspections to ensure alignment with design specifications, safety standards, and environmental requirements. Resolve on-site conflicts or delays promptly to avoid disruptions to the project timeline. Ensure all construction aligns with the club’s sustainability and environmental principles. Maintain transparent and effective communication with club leadership, contractors, engineers, and relevant authorities. Schedule and lead project meetings, delivering regular updates on project status, risks, milestones, and changes. Track project milestones, performance indicators, and potential risks and include them in detailed reports. Review and approve construction materials and workmanship to ensure quality standards are consistently met. Perform ongoing quality assurance checks throughout the project lifecycle and document compliance. Follow EPMO reporting standards and submit all required documentation on time. Manage scope changes, ensuring all variations are documented, evaluated, and authorized by relevant stakeholders. Monitor project budgets, flagging any discrepancies or cost overruns in a timely manner. Prepare and present formal project status reports according to approved methodologies. Requirements Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management, preferably within sports infrastructure or public sector projects. PMP or equivalent certification is an advantage. Strong leadership and conflict-resolution abilities in fast-paced, high-stakes environments. Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English. Proficiency in project management tools (Primavera, MS Project, etc.) and reporting platforms. Knowledge of sustainable construction practices and compliance regulations. Familiarity with EPMO protocols and public sector reporting standards. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders simultaneously.
