JOB SUMMARY: The Supervisor - MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) plays a crucial role in maintaining the operational integrity of the facilities within Aquarabia Qiddiya City. This position is responsible for overseeing all MEP-related activities, ensuring that all systems operate efficiently and reliably to support the park’s operations. The incumbent will lead a team of skilled technicians and coordinate with various departments to ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations, and best practices. COLLECTIVE Comply with the Aquarabia Qiddiya City code of conduct and ethics Promote the Aquarabia Qiddiya City vision, mission, values, and model desired behaviors Promote Aquarabia Qiddiya City and spread its culture Commit to Aquarabia Qiddiya City rules and regulations Perform tasks as directed in the pursuit of the achievement of organizational goals Train and retain a team providing them with operational know-how and encouraging their development JOB-SPECIFIC - MEP Systems Oversight ·Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of all MEP systems including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems within the park. - Safety Compliance ·Ensure all MEP operations comply with safety regulations and standards. Conduct regular safety audits and address any deficiencies promptly. - Team Leadership ·Lead and mentor a team of MEP technicians, providing training and support to enhance their skills and performance. - Coordination with Other Departments ·Collaborate with park operations, ride maintenance, and security to ensure that all MEP systems support overall park functionality and guest safety. - Emergency Preparedness ·Develop and implement emergency response plans related to MEP systems, ensuring that all team members are trained in procedures for handling emergencies. - Asset Management ·Maintain records of all MEP maintenance activities, managing inventory of parts and tools, and coordinating repairs to minimize downtime. - Data Reporting ·Collect and analyze data to track MEP system performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement, and reporting findings to management. ·Additionally - Adhere to all responsibilities and performance expectations of the Supervisor - MEP role. · Requirements Education High School Certification; a diploma or degree in a relevant field (Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering) is preferred. Experience Proven experience in MEP management, preferably in a theme park or hospitality setting. Experience in team management and training. Skills Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Core Competencies Self-driven with strong leadership qualities. Confidence in decision-making and prioritizing tasks. Attention to detail, with a thorough understanding of MEP systems. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
