The main responsibilities include: 1- Receiving works according to contract terms and specifications. 2- Reviewing structural quantities with the contractor. 3- Reviewing the project's time schedule. 4- Conducting regular meetings with the contractor to monitor progress of works. 5- Preparing weekly and monthly reports and submitting them to the client. 6- Supervising and inspecting the progress of works on site. 7- Coordinating with the client regarding the project execution plan and ways to overcome delays. 8- Preparing the risk register and identifying mitigation methods and impacts. 10- Inspecting and approving materials delivered to site. 11- Experience in construction, executing all stages of concrete works on site and all phases of architectural finishes.
