In this key position, you will oversee the design, implementation, and management of our network infrastructure, ensuring its reliability, scalability, and security to meet the evolving needs of the organization. Responsibilities Develop and execute the network engineering strategy in alignment with corporate objectives. Lead the design, deployment, and optimization of network infrastructure including LAN, WAN, and wireless solutions. Oversee network performance monitoring and troubleshooting to maintain high levels of uptime and reliability. Manage a team of network engineers, providing mentorship and fostering professional growth. Collaborate with IT and security teams to ensure that network solutions meet security standards. Evaluate and recommend new networking technologies and tools to enhance operational efficiency. Conduct capacity planning and bandwidth management to support business growth and performance needs. Develop and maintain documentation for network configurations, designs, and standards. Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and service-level agreements related to network services. Stay current with industry trends and best practices in network engineering and management. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; A minimum of 5 years of experience in network engineering, with a focus on enterprise solutions. Strong knowledge of network protocols, architecture, and security best practices. Expertise in routing and switching technologies (e.g., Cisco, Juniper) and network monitoring tools.
