Monitor and evaluate participant progress, adapting training approaches based on feedback and outcomes. Collaborate with subject matter experts to stay updated on industry standards and integrate the latest practices into training materials. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related technical field. At least 5 years of experience in technical training with a focus in the relevant department (INSTRUMENTATION/HVAC/OPERATIONS/WELDING/PIPEFITTING).
