The laptop has one problem with the battery. It comes with an original charger. The screws underneath are not tightened, but this does not harm the device at all. You can see the specifications in the pictures. I accept a reasonable and appropriate exchange for the device. The device has a problem with the battery; it must be connected to the charger.
