Sales Manager looking for a job with 13 years of experience in sales, marketing, and management; food products, cosmetics, and cleaning department. I have sufficient experience in various fields and departments including wholesale and retail. I worked in Egypt at Qanadel for Industry and Trade as Sales Manager from 2012 to 2020. In Saudi Arabia, I was Branches Manager of supermarkets and hypermarkets, General Sales Manager for food products, and opened branches in Riyadh, Medina, and Jeddah. I sourced imported goods and studied the market and sold according to its needs.
Career Objective:
To work within the company's sales department and get familiar with the products it deals with.
As a Sales Manager my duties are as follows:
Reviewing previous reports and sales volume each month, identifying customers, building stronger relationships with them, and seeking new clients to increase sales.
Setting rules and responsibilities for each sales representative, granting them selling authorities.
There must be targets,
Studying the average sales per representative,
And offering rewards to those who achieve certain goals to motivate the sales team.
Monitoring the sales team, sales reports, and collecting payments (monthly, weekly or daily).
Assessing the nature of the work and ensuring its accuracy, identifying top performers to motivate them and encourage others to increase their sales.
Holding regular meetings with sales representatives to discuss problems they encountered during sales activities,
How they solved these issues, sharing experiences with others so that all can benefit and provide suggestions.
Ensuring orders are delivered to customers on time.
Seeking qualified individuals in the field of sales to hire as sales representatives and benefiting from their experience to train other sales staff.
Sharing my own sales experience regarding closing deals,
The challenges I faced and how I resolved them to complete the sale process.
Building close relationships with employees, communicating with them regularly, showing trust in them, and expecting them to accomplish assigned tasks.
Training my team practically by asking them to go and make a sale to potential customers.
Going into the market with the sales representatives to understand customer needs and problems, then making the sale myself.
