Hello and may the mercy and blessings of God be upon you The headset is new, used for two months, with its original box and headset case available. The only note, for disclosure, is that the microphone has slightly shifted from its position because I pressed it forcefully when I first bought it. I've used it for two months, and both the audio quality of the headphones and the microphone remain exactly the same.
