As the ERP Functional Lead, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful integration of our ERP system across all departments and locations. You will collaborate with key stakeholders, including business process owners, IT teams, and external vendors, to gather requirements, design system configurations, and oversee testing and deployment phases. Your expertise in ERP implementation and functional knowledge will be essential in optimizing business processes and driving efficiency within the organization. Responsibilities Technical Expertise Configure, customize, and implement ERP software solutions. •Develop and maintain system integrations between the ERP and other business applications. •Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ERP-related issues. •Stay updated with the latest ERP technologies and industry best practices Managerial Skills •Lead technical aspects of ERP projects, ensuring technical deliverables are met. •Collaborate with ERP functional consultants, business analysts, and other stakeholders to understand and translate business requirements into technical specifications. •Develop technical documentation and training materials for end-users and IT staff. Human Relation Skills •Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including IT staff, management, and external vendors. •Foster a collaborative environment to ensure successful ERP implementation and support. •Negotiate with vendors and service providers to secure necessary resources and services. Complexity of Problems •Address and resolve complex technical issues related to ERP system performance, integration, and customization. •Develop strategies to mitigate risks and ensure system security and data integrity. •Solve operational challenges by designing and implementing robust ERP solutions. Minimum of 5 years of experience in ERP implementation and support, with a focus on functional expertise. Strong knowledge of ERP systems, preferably with experience in implementing and maintaining systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics. Proven experience leading end-to-end ERP implementation projects, including requirement gathering, system configuration, testing, and training. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable and efficient system solutions. Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders at various levels. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to non-technical audiences. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Relevant certifications in ERP systems, such as SAP Certified Application Associate or Oracle Certified Professional, are preferred but not required.

Roles & Responsibilities · Minimum 3–5 years’ experience as a Sous Chef in hot kitchen operations with international cuisine, preferably in A La Carte outlets within 5 Star hotels. · Strong expertise in preparing meat, poultry, seafood, sauces, and daily specials to 5-star standards. · Ability to supervise, train, and support a small culinary team. · Creative approach to menu execution while maintaining consistency and quality. · Knowledge of food costing, inventory control, and kitchen hygiene standards. · Excellent understanding of HACCP, hygiene, and food safety practices. Qualifications & Requirements Education: A bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field. Wuzzuf Experience: Proven experience in warehouse management or inventory control, preferably within the food or retail industry. Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite; experience with warehouse management software is a plus. Wuzzuf Language Skills: Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is advantageous. Soft Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills; ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities -Equipment Installation and Commissioning Responsible for the installation, commissioning, and configuration of electrical and instrumentation systems for new equipment, ensuring they meet production requirements. -Routine Maintenance and Troubleshooting Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical and instrumentation equipment, promptly identify and resolve system issues to ensure continuous and safe production. -System Calibration and Testing Use standard testing instruments to calibrate equipment, ensuring accuracy and reliability. -Documentation and Reporting Maintain maintenance records and prepare fault analysis reports to support equipment management and improvement. -Safety and Compliance Follow all relevant safety regulations and operating procedures to ensure a safe working environment. Qualifications / Requirements Education: Technical diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Instrumentation, or a related field. Experience: At least 2 years of experience maintaining electrical and instrumentation equipment in an industrial environment. Technical Skills: Familiar with electrical control systems, PLCs, DCS, VFDs, and other instrumentation equipment operation and maintenance. Certifications: Relevant electrical or instrumentation certifications are preferred. Language and Communication: Good communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members and other departments.
