Description

Salla, a leading technology company, is seeking a dedicated Senior Quality Engineer to join our team. As a Senior Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products and services. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute test plans, identify and report software defects, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our testing processes. Responsibilities: Understanding, implementing, and updating the testing approach. Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback. Ensuring the appropriate testing tasks are scheduled during release and iteration planning. Actively collaborating with developers and business stakeholders to clarify requirements, especially in terms of testability, consistency, and completeness. Ability to remove roadblocks and escalate risks. Determine appropriate test approach to validate all functional changes and ensure current functionality. Participate at the project team level and coordinate the work of the quality engineering team. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where team collaboration and personal pride in the quality of work are highly valued. Identifies the root cause of quality problems, and coordinates modifications or other corrective actions. Requirements 5+ years of progressive professional experience in Quality Control and Testing 3+ years of experience writing automated tests, including integration, Mobile, Web, and Performance. Highly proficient in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases. Understanding of all the test types, test designs, test levels, and test methods and techniques. Good Experience in API testing using tools such as (Postman, Soap UI, and Katalon) Possess exceptional troubleshooting skills. Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process. Experience in the e-commerce field would be a plus.
