Description

Salla, a leading provider of information technology and services, is currently seeking a talented Agile Lead to join our team. As the Agile Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and execution of projects using Agile methodology. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure agile practices are well applied. A successful candidate will have experience leading Agile teams and a deep understanding of Agile methodology. Responsibilities Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of projects. Support Product Owners in refining and maintaining a well-groomed product backlog, ensuring readiness for upcoming sprints. Provide transparency into progress, team health, and performance through regular reporting, metrics tracking, and effective stakeholder communication. Guide the Scrum/Kanban team through iterations, helping the team stay focused and actively removing impediments. Foster and support team self-organization and autonomy. Promote a culture of continuous learning and sustainable team development, encouraging growth at both the team and individual levels. Drive process improvement initiatives by leading and implementing enhancements, evaluating impact, and nurturing a culture of continuous improvement. Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and decision-making sessions to ensure timely feedback and adaptive planning. Emphasize incremental delivery and focus on value: align team goals with business priorities and facilitate the breakdown of large deliverables into smaller, value-driven increments. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field. 5+ years of experience in a software development environment. 4+ years of experience leading Agile teams. Strong knowledge of Agile principles and methodology Leading process improvement initiatives across the organization, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and defining success metrics for process enhancements. Exceptional communication skills to influence senior leadership and stakeholders, facilitate productive discussions, and present complex information in a clear, persuasive manner to drive decision-making and alignment. Support and execute a transformation roadmap in collaboration with senior leadership. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Experience with Agile tools, such as Jira or Trello.

Responsibilities Manage the Marine Technology Laboratory and be responsible for all process, tools, safety procedures, etc. Manage and maintain all relevant equipment. Key Responsibilities -Equipment Installation and Commissioning Responsible for the installation, commissioning, and configuration of electrical and instrumentation systems for new equipment, ensuring they meet production requirements. -Routine Maintenance and Troubleshooting Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical and instrumentation equipment, promptly identify and resolve system issues to ensure continuous and safe production. -System Calibration and Testing Use standard testing instruments to calibrate equipment, ensuring accuracy and reliability. -Documentation and Reporting Maintain maintenance records and prepare fault analysis reports to support equipment management and improvement. -Safety and Compliance Follow all relevant safety regulations and operating procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
