As a Senior Product Designer, you will be responsible for leading the design of innovative products across different platforms. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create design solutions that meet business goals and exceed user expectations. The ideal candidate has a strong portfolio demonstrating their experience in conceptualizing, designing, and delivering successful products. Responsibilities Design digital experiences for web, iOS, Android, and operator platforms Lead the design of new product features with an emphasis on user-centered design principles Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business goals and requirements into effective design solutions Conduct user research to inform design decisions and test design solutions to ensure user satisfaction Develop detailed design specifications and design documentation to support product development Drive design thinking and design culture throughout the organization, including mentoring junior designers on the team Ensure design consistency across all products and platforms by developing and maintaining design systems Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design technologies, and emerging design patterns Present design work and regularly engage with partners for feedback Requirements Bachelor's degree in design or related field 5+ years of experience in product design, with an emphasis on UX/UI design Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and experience Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch etc. Experience leading design projects from concept to execution Experience identifying customer insights through user research and discovery activities Experience developing design strategies that address customer and business problems Strong understanding of user-centered design principles Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams

Roles & Responsibilities · Minimum 3–5 years’ experience as a Sous Chef in hot kitchen operations with international cuisine, preferably in A La Carte outlets within 5 Star hotels. · Strong expertise in preparing meat, poultry, seafood, sauces, and daily specials to 5-star standards. · Ability to supervise, train, and support a small culinary team. · Creative approach to menu execution while maintaining consistency and quality. · Knowledge of food costing, inventory control, and kitchen hygiene standards. · Excellent understanding of HACCP, hygiene, and food safety practices. Key Responsibilities -Equipment Installation and Commissioning Responsible for the installation, commissioning, and configuration of electrical and instrumentation systems for new equipment, ensuring they meet production requirements. -Routine Maintenance and Troubleshooting Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical and instrumentation equipment, promptly identify and resolve system issues to ensure continuous and safe production. -System Calibration and Testing Use standard testing instruments to calibrate equipment, ensuring accuracy and reliability. -Documentation and Reporting Maintain maintenance records and prepare fault analysis reports to support equipment management and improvement. -Safety and Compliance Follow all relevant safety regulations and operating procedures to ensure a safe working environment. Qualifications / Requirements Education: Technical diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Instrumentation, or a related field. Experience: At least 2 years of experience maintaining electrical and instrumentation equipment in an industrial environment. Technical Skills: Familiar with electrical control systems, PLCs, DCS, VFDs, and other instrumentation equipment operation and maintenance. Certifications: Relevant electrical or instrumentation certifications are preferred. Language and Communication: Good communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members and other departments.

Qualifications / Requirements Education: Typically requires a high school diploma or vocational training; relevant technical certificates are a plus. Experience: At least 2 years of experience in machine operation or a related field. Skills: Familiarity with production processes and machinery; ability to use measuring tools (e.g., calipers, scales); good analytical and numerical skills. Physical Requirements: Good physical stamina and endurance to handle the demands of the job. Communication and Teamwork: Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
