Description

Salla is seeking a highly motivated Merchant Logistics Sales Specialist to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for increasing the number of shipping orders processed through Salla’s AWB system by actively engaging with merchants, understanding their logistics needs, and converting them from external shipping methods to Salla’s integrated solutions. You will identify, qualify, and close new logistics service opportunities tailored to our merchant partners, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions meet merchant expectations and drive activation, retention, and growth within the platform. Engage with a wide range of merchants (individual sellers, SMEs, and Enterprises) to promote and activate Salla’s shipping services. Drive growth in AWB order volume by identifying usage gaps and delivering tailored logistics solutions. Conduct calls, emails, and meetings to onboard new merchants and follow up with inactive users. Act as a logistics advisor for merchants by recommending best shipping practices and resolving operational pain points. Collaborate with internal teams (Support, Ops, Product) to ensure merchant satisfaction and issue resolution. Track performance, prepare usage reports, and propose initiatives to improve adoption and retention. Stay updated on logistics trends and local shipping provider capabilities. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Sales, or a related field. 2–3 years of experience in logistics, e-commerce, or shipping operations. Strong experience in client-facing or merchant-facing roles (sales, success, or support). Solid understanding of shipping workflows, fulfillment operations, and delivery integrations. Ability to work with diverse merchant profiles and provide customized solutions. Advanced Excel skills with the ability to analyze large datasets, build performance reports, and extract actionable insights. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Comfortable using dashboards, CRM tools, and analyzing usage data. Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written). Knowledge of the Saudi e-commerce landscape is a plus.
