We are currently seeking enthusiastic Retail Salesmen to join our team, who will play a crucial role in providing customers with an exceptional shopping experience. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging customers, demonstrating our products, and answering inquiries, all while promoting a brand that stands for quality and comfort. Responsibilities Assist customers in selecting the right bedding products that meet their needs and preferences. Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of our product lineup, including features and benefits. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor to enhance the shopping experience. Achieve sales targets and performance metrics through effective selling techniques. Provide outstanding customer service and follow up with clients post-sale. Participate in promotional events and product training to stay updated on new offerings. Collaborate with the retail team to ensure a positive and cohesive working environment. Requirements 3 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in consumer goods or home furnishings. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers effectively. Ability to work well in a team and independently. A strong desire to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional service. Basic computer skills for inventory management and sales tracking.
