BlackStone eIT is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Account Manager to join our team in KSA. As a Senior Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by developing and maintaining strong relationships with key clients. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client needs, propose tailored software solutions, and negotiate contracts. This role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills, as well as a deep understanding of the software development industry. Requirements Minimum of 5 years of experience in software sales in the KSA market Proven track record of successfully managing and growing key client accounts In-depth knowledge of software development methodologies and technologies Strong communication and negotiation skills Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients Excellent problem-solving and strategic thinking skills Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams Results-oriented mindset with a focus on exceeding sales targets Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
