New prefabricated house for sale at a loss

The prefabricated house was purchased six months ago during the previous Ramadan to place on my land. The house is still in the factory in Riyadh and I have not received it yet. It was bought for 73,000 SAR and I want to sell it urgently, asking 65,000 SAR with slight negotiation possible.
