Chinese Scooter 150cc with Four Tires

Chinese scooter, 150cc size. I bought it with a gearbox issue which I already fixed; now it works perfectly and the engine is in excellent condition. It needs a brake fluid reservoir box to pour oil into. Brake repairs and all brake pads are completely fine. The tires have some wear but they can be fully inflated and hold air for a while. The clutch engages properly both front and rear via cable. The scooter was running, and I have video clips of it operating. A customer asked me to turn it on for him, and I sent the clips half an hour ago. We connected the battery, crossed our fingers, but after that the scooter stopped delivering electricity to the spark plug. The faulty part is sold at Wissam Al-Nari for 80 SAR, but without warranty if you don't install it through them. Pictures of the part are attached. I'm selling it as-is for 1500 SAR.
