Senior Product Manager

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager with a strong entrepreneurial mindset, hands-on leadership style, and deep product thinking. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building and launching products from scratch, driving data-driven product iterations, and scaling product teams. You will take full ownership of the product strategy and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet customer needs. Responsibilities: Product Strategy & Ownership: Lead the development and execution of the product roadmap, aligning it with business goals and customer needs. Own the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring successful outcomes at each stage. Data-Driven Decision Making: Use data and analytics to inform product decisions. Track key performance metrics, iterate on features, and pivot strategies based on user feedback and market trends. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure product development aligns with customer needs and market requirements. Ensure that product updates deliver measurable value to users and drive business results. Team Leadership & Mentorship: Lead and mentor junior product managers, fostering a culture of growth, accountability, and high performance. Provide guidance on defining key metrics, setting priorities, and driving product decisions. Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and implement go-to-market strategies for product launches, working closely with marketing and sales teams to ensure successful product adoption and revenue growth. Stakeholder Management: Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to internal stakeholders. Responsibilities Understand and Grow a Target Segment: Use your audience knowledge to identify pain points and opportunities, guiding positioning, messaging, and adoption efforts across your assigned merchant segment. Support Go-to-Market (GTM) Execution: Collaborate cross-functionally to plan and execute launches and campaigns that resonate with your segment. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing category strategies that drive sales and improve customer experience across our upcoming concept stores. This role combines strategic thinking, data-driven decision-making, and a keen eye for consumer trends to create a compelling customer experience offline. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement category strategies aligned with Salla’s vision and its expansion into concept retail. Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer behavior to optimize category performance and identify growth opportunities. Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of product categories including assortment planning, pricing, promotion, inventory, and merchandising. Collaborate with marketing, design, and supply chain teams to deliver cohesive and engaging category experiences. Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and brands to ensure high-quality and well-curated product offerings. Monitor and enhance category profitability through strategic initiatives and continuous improvements.
