In this role, you will be responsible for educating, mentoring, and supporting teams in adopting effective quality practices and testing strategies. You will play a key role in driving a quality-first mindset across the organization and ensuring testing aligns with both business goals and software development lifecycles. Key Responsibilities: Conduct training sessions and workshops on quality assurance practices, software testing methodologies, and tools. Mentor and support teams in adopting quality engineering best practices. Lead the definition, implementation, and enforcement of QA standards across all phases of the software development lifecycle (SDLC). Align testing strategies with business objectives to ensure product reliability, performance, and usability. Foster a strong quality culture by encouraging cross-functional collaboration between development, QA, and operations teams. Stay current with emerging trends, technologies, and tools in software testing and quality engineering. Identify gaps or inefficiencies in QA processes and lead continuous improvement initiatives. Provide guidance and leadership during production incidents and outages, ensuring timely resolution and root cause analysis. Define, collect, and report on key quality metrics and performance indicators across teams. Requirements 8+ years of proven experience in Quality Assurance, Software Testing, or a similar role. Strong understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC), Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC), and quality assurance methodologies. Excellent communication, facilitation, coaching, and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams. Hands-on experience with QA tools and test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Playwright, Postman, Xray). Proficiency in continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) processes and tools. Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices. Experience in defining and tracking QA KPIs and using reporting tools to measure quality performance.
