📢 Job Opening – Administrative Accountant Key Responsibilities: 1 Purchasing Management • Follow up on material and raw material requests. • Identify the best suppliers and prices. • Monitor quantities and prevent waste. 2 Accounting Management • Record revenues and expenses. • Prepare monthly financial reports (Profit & Loss + Cash Flow). • Track debts, receivables, and payables. 3 Preparing Quotations and Invoices • Generate professional and prompt quotations. • Follow up on invoices and customer payments. 4 Financial Problem Solving • Provide recommendations during liquidity crises (payment scheduling – postponing purchases – payment offers – short-term financing). • Develop plans to reduce costs and improve cash flow. Required Qualifications: • Experience in administrative or financial accounting (not just data entry). • Proficiency in accounting software and Excel. • Analytical mindset with practical problem-solving skills. • Preference given to candidates with experience in factories or the decoration/workshop sector. 📍 Location: Jeddah – Al-Samer District ⏰ Working Hours: Full-time from 8 AM to 5 PM 💰 Base Salary: 3,000 SAR (subject to increase after trial period of 1 – 3 months).
