I am looking for a room in Al Rahiliyya, Tayyibah neighborhood

Looking for a room, or a room with a living room, or a guard room that is suitable for two people (a family), with external or internal entrance. Most importantly, it should be suitable for family housing in the Al Rahiliyya, Tayyibah neighborhood. Work has been transferred within the same neighborhood in Jeddah, Tayyibah, and I am seeking immediate rental at a reasonable price. The landlord may prefer either a short-term or long-term period.
