Concept Store Manager

Salla is seeking an experienced Store Manager to oversee our store operations in Makkah. As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading our retail team, driving sales performance, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Your leadership will be key in maintaining store standards, optimizing inventory, and cultivating a motivated team that aligns with Salla's mission to be the leading e-commerce enabler in the region. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily store operations, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and service standards. Lead, motivate, and manage the store team to achieve sales targets and operational efficiencies. Implement marketing and promotional strategies to drive store traffic and sales. Manage inventory levels, ensuring accuracy in stock management and minimizing losses. Conduct regular performance evaluations, providing coaching and training to enhance team skills. Analyze sales metrics and reports to develop strategies for improvement and increased profitability. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and operational policies. Build strong relationships with customers and address any issues that may arise. Requirements Proven experience as a Store Manager or in a similar retail management role. Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and develop a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset. Proficiency in inventory management and sales reporting. Ability to analyze sales data and make data-driven decisions. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Knowledge of retail technology and POS systems is a plus. Fluent in Arabic and English.
