iPad Pro 11 inch

Hello I have an iPad Pro with a broken outer screen, it hasn't been replaced by the agency yet nor has it undergone any repair, but it's fully functional, responsive to touch, and everything works except for the visible crack shown. The device is 11 inches, fully operational, touch works perfectly, Face ID still functions properly, everything works fine. The iPad is like new and has no issues whatsoever.
