Our valued customers, We have received several inquiries from some customers regarding the price difference between large repair centers and the newly emerged "Abu Riyalain" spray shops. A customer comes and says: I found a shop that sprays my car for 900 or 1500 riyals, using original materials and offering a five-year warranty!!!! Here, I need to clarify several points: 1- Spraying is not oven spraying; it's street spraying mixed with dust and dirt. After a few months, you'll find your car looking like a wall surface—no smoothness, clarity, or shine. 2- The materials used are not European, but Jordanian or Egyptian. Genuine German materials cost at least 1000 riyals for small cars, 1200 for mid-size, and 1500 for large vehicles. So how could their spraying price be only 1000? Are they spraying at a loss? 3- They don't offer polishing or correction services. They spray the car as it is, standing still. And if they use putty, it will peel off after the first sun exposure—you know how strong Riyadh’s sun is. 4- It's impossible for them to issue an invoice or warranty after work because they know problems will inevitably arise. That's why you have the right to search for a suitable price, but don't mock or ridicule my pricing if I say my spraying costs 3000 riyals while these shops charge only 1000. There's a difference in everything. We have an oven. We use German materials. We provide polishing. We offer after-service maintenance. We are a Saudi management team, and we deeply care for our valued customers. It saddens us what is currently happening—some shops stealing people's money and ruining their cars. Attached is a conversation from someone—I don't even know him—but he sent it to me. What happened to his car is heartbreaking and extremely frustrating. They are of a certain known nationality, deliberately damaging people's cars.
