White PL 83 without plates

For sale, White PL has its plates but inspection and transfer will cost money, preferably without plates I want it sprayed the entire engine is required The gearbox has 6 gears, the fifth does not engage only the rest are required, tires half life the engine works with me and has no issues, I use it daily and there is nothing wrong with it
