The Associate - Supply Planning is an essential role within the Supply Chain department at Six Flags Qiddiya City, responsible for assisting in the development and execution of supply plans that ensure optimal inventory levels and efficient product flow. Key responsibilities include: Support in preparing and maintaining accurate supply forecasts based on historical data and market analysis. Collaborate with various departments to gather data and insights necessary for effective supply planning. Monitor inventory levels and analyze demand patterns to identify potential supply issues. Assist in creating and managing purchase orders and manage supplier relationships. Participate in identifying opportunities for process improvements in supply chain operations. Prepare reports on inventory status, supply chain performance, and forecast accuracy for management review. Assist in the implementation of strategic supply chain initiatives to enhance operational efficiency. Work closely with logistics and procurement teams to ensure timely delivery of products. Support any ad-hoc analysis or reporting as required by management. Requirements Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field. Experience: 1-3 years of experience in supply chain planning or a similar position. Skills: Strong analytical and quantitative skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; experience with supply chain planning software is a plus. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Attention to detail with strong organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Languages: Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred.
