Strong understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC), Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC), and quality assurance methodologies. Excellent communication, facilitation, coaching, and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams. Hands-on experience with QA tools and test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Playwright, Postman, Xray). Proficiency in continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) processes and tools. Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices. Experience in defining and tracking QA KPIs and using reporting tools to measure quality performance.

Requirements ● Bachelor's degree in Computer science, Software engineering, or related field. ● Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Test Engineer in an Agile product team environment. ●  Experience creating, executing, and reviewing results of functional, integration, and regression testing ●  Ability to design and implement test automation & unit testing frameworks. ●  Proficiency in the principles of software testing is required. ●  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills: Ability to identify and diagnose software defects efficiently. ●  Experience with API automation, and familiarity with ( Git and Postman e.g. ) tools. ●  Experience with two or more of Automation Testing Tools: Selenium/Cypress, (Playwright is a plus+). ●  Experience with one or more mainstream programming languages: Java, Node. This role involves performing comprehensive geographic information system (GIS) analysis and carbon calculations for potential projects, including Afforestation, Reforestation, and Revegetation (ARR) and Reducing Emissions from Deforestation and Forest Degradation (REDD+) initiatives. The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting our environmental sustainability goals and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our carbon offset projects. Key Responsibilities: Conduct GIS analysis to identify suitable sites for ARR and REDD+ projects. Perform carbon stock assessments and calculate potential carbon sequestration for various tree species and planting densities. Develop and maintain spatial databases for project sites, including data on land use, vegetation cover, soil types, and other relevant factors. Analyse satellite imagery and aerial photographs to monitor land use changes and forest cover dynamics. Prepare detailed reports and presentations on GIS analysis and carbon calculation results. Collaborate with project managers, forestry experts, and other stakeholders to develop and implement project plans. Ensure compliance with relevant standards and methodologies for ARR and REDD+ projects.
