Chef de Partie (Pastry, Cold, Hot, Prep Sections) Positions Available: 7 Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia Salary: SR 4,000 per month Contract Type: Permanent (Live-In) Start Date: 01 August Job Overview: A vibrant new Mediterranean café concept launching in Riyadh is looking for 7 skilled and motivated Chefs de Partie to join our kitchen brigade. We are hiring across Pastry, Cold, Hot, and Prep Sections, and are seeking culinary professionals with a passion for delivering fresh, flavourful Mediterranean dishes in a relaxed café-style environment. Key Responsibilities: Manage your assigned section independently, ensuring consistent preparation and presentation of dishes to high standards. Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to support daily service and smooth operations. Uphold all hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards in the kitchen at all times. Monitor stock levels in your section and communicate effectively to avoid shortages or waste. Contribute to the development of new menu items and seasonal dishes within your specialty. Mentor junior kitchen staff and maintain a positive, team-oriented kitchen culture. Requirements Qualifications and Experience: Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Chef de Partie role, preferably within a Mediterranean or modern café-style kitchen. Solid technical knowledge relevant to your section (pastry, cold, hot, or prep). Strong organizational skills, efficiency, and a hands-on attitude. Familiarity with food safety regulations and kitchen hygiene standards. Basic English communication skills; Arabic is a plus but not essential. Benefits What We Offer: Monthly salary of SR 4,000. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated GIS and Carbon Calculation Specialist to join our team. This role involves performing comprehensive geographic information system (GIS) analysis and carbon calculations for potential projects, including Afforestation, Reforestation, and Revegetation (ARR) and Reducing Emissions from Deforestation and Forest Degradation (REDD+) initiatives. The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting our environmental sustainability goals and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our carbon offset projects. Key Responsibilities: Conduct GIS analysis to identify suitable sites for ARR and REDD+ projects. Perform carbon stock assessments and calculate potential carbon sequestration for various tree species and planting densities. Develop and maintain spatial databases for project sites, including data on land use, vegetation cover, soil types, and other relevant factors. Analyse satellite imagery and aerial photographs to monitor land use changes and forest cover dynamics. Prepare detailed reports and presentations on GIS analysis and carbon calculation results. Collaborate with project managers, forestry experts, and other stakeholders to develop and implement project plans. Ensure compliance with relevant standards and methodologies for ARR and REDD+ projects.
