Roles & Responsibilities Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team, focusing on the building materials sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of building materials such as carpets, sanitary, tiles, and bathroom accessories. Duties & Responsibilities - Sales Development: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the building materials market. - Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and prospective customers. - Product Knowledge: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our products and services, providing clients with detailed information and guidance. - Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. - Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve monthly and quarterly targets. - Reporting: Prepare and present sales reports to management, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement. - Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with market demands. Qualifications: - Experience: Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in the building materials industry. - Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred. - Skills: Strong negotiation and closing skills, Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, Ability to work independently and as part of a team, Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Knowledge: Familiarity with construction processes and building materials.
